Hi, this is Anna Grace and I am answering readers questions and today I have this question, which is, hi Annie, so I've been about a year alcohol free and then I went to visit my friend, my family for the holidays and I ended up having two glasses of wine at dinner. I can't stop beating myself up over this. I feel like I've ruined everything that I had worked so hard for and I feel like I relapsed. What do you think? did I relapse? Wow what a great question so I don't really believe in

0:57.7

relapse I mean I guess it's a thing that you could define what happened to you as people can use that language should they choose.

1:46.8

obsessed with drinking, not be fixated on drinking, be totally liberated from drinking, and I wouldn't

1:52.0

call that a failure because the truth is that I'm not here to tell anybody how they should or shouldn't live. I'm not here to tell anybody what they should or should do, should or shouldn't do or how much they should or shouldn't drink. Like we're all adults here and I think we need to make those decisions

2:05.1

for ourselves.

2:06.1

Now what I like to do is I like to put up frameworks,

2:09.7

like in the alcohol experiment, we have this framework.

2:11.9

And if you want to join the
