1:05.2	4,000 distinct religions worldwide. Think of that, 4,000. And research from the Pew Research
1:16.1	Center shows that roughly 85% of the global population identify with a religious group. Think
1:26.6	about that. 85% of the 8.2 billion people on the planet
1:32.6	consider themselves religious and attached to a specific religious group. During a three-day
1:42.4	trip to Singapore, back in I think it was September of 2024,
1:46.0	Pope Francis stated that all religions are a path to God.
1:52.0	So what is he saying?
1:54.0	That a vast, over 85% of the people on the planet will go to heaven? Well, this idea, it aligns with the
2:07.5	concept of, in one way, it aligns with the concept of universalism. And universalism is the belief
2:16.5	that everyone will ultimately be saved.
2:20.3	Now, listen everybody, this is a big teaching.
2:24.3	Many people hold the view that all paths, regardless of religion or belief system,
2:31.3	in some way or another, lead to heaven. Or they assume that God's love and mercy,
2:38.9	even if they're attached to a specific religion, they just assume that God's love and mercy
