And welcome back, guys. As you know, every episode we're releasing this month, we are starting

it off with highlighting a prominent figure for Black History Month. Today, it is my honor to

highlight Eugene Bullard. Eugene was the world's first Black combat aviator flying in the French

squadrons during World War I. Before he became a pilot, he actually served in the French

infantry. So that's pretty cool. Eugene Bullard to be the absolute world's first Black

combat aviator serving over enemy lines, huge shout-out to Mr. Bullard. And also a little,

you know, I'll give my company here a good shout-out in honor of Black History Month, the United

Airlines. I don't know if you guys how much you know of United, but they have set plenty of new

diversity goals for pilot training and specifically to honor Black History Month. United Airlines

is planning to train 5,000 new pilots by 2030. Lots of pilots, right? Lots of turnover. And half

of those 5,000 United is committing to hiring women or people of color. So big shout-outs

to United for promoting that and big shout-out to Mr. Eugene Bullard. That's freaking awesome,

man. We were just talking about when you did your book of how many, there's not very many

minorities, especially people of color that are pilots. And we talked about your book being

one to help someone that maybe is not well groomed area where, you know, they don't really have

that access or ability to. So that's really cool, man. I love that. Yeah, absolutely. Definitely

proud to work for United and their mission moving forward. And I guess we can all be very grateful

for for Mr. Eugene Bullard kind of sending to Eugene. Paving the way there. So huge shout-out.
