Joe Biden was among the Obama administration officials who went out of their way to unmask Michael Flynn in the

intelligence intercepts.

So we need to do a brief, a brief explanation on what this is because the media doesn't explain enough of it.

Joe, you have a Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your persons and effects, right?

The government can't just spy on you. They can't seize your documents.

Unreasonable search and seize it. Yep. If the government wants to spy on you, they need to get a warrant and they need to actually

prove to a certain degree that you did something wrong.

The government doesn't have that obligation when it comes to foreign nationals, people overseas,

or in many cases even foreign nationals living in the

United States so they're free to listen in on foreigners phone calls happens

all the time when an American happens to be on the other end of that foreign call that gets intercepted,
