Hello everyone, happy new year and welcome back to the Balanced Bond podcast, Soul on Fire.

Balanced Bond. And every week I have someone inspiring on who talks about basically what has set

share so openly and so much. I've checked back in lately because I kind of took a Facebook

hiatus and was scrolling through the other day and just finding it so amazing how people were

answering each other's questions and giving advice to personal problems that people are having

and connecting in different cities and hanging out. And all of it just makes me so happy. I love

that all of us who are on this path and journey can connect with each other and become friends and

create a community because that's really what it's all about. So if you're not part of the tribe yet,
