around it. You said we have Tuesday to make sense of it. We need a couple of days, don't we?

I think so. And you and I had a chance to chat Sunday night following the final round. I mean,

you called the AIM and Corner Action. You called most of the coverage on Thursday and Friday that everybody was listening to when they were at work, not working.

But we both had that, you know, did you just see a ghost look on our faces following all that?

As you're calling the action live on Sunday, you see Speeth unraveling, you know, this kind of unprecedented moment for Jordan Speath over his career.

How hard is it for you to stay in your lane as a broadcaster and not turn into a fan who wants to see history made?

That's a great question. I will tell you that I don't pull for any one particular golfer over

another, but I do pull for great stories.

I think you ask any basketball or football or hockey or baseball, play-by-play man or woman,

and they're going to tell you, they want a great game.

They don't want a 30-point blowout in basketball.

They don't want a route.

They don't want the Broncos Seahawks.

They want Patriots Seahawks, you know.

So you do want great stories.

And so as you talk about staying in your lane, you know, I was with Billy Ray Brown,

the longtime PGA Tour winner and now a broadcaster like myself, CBS, Sport and Golf Channel.
