So you mentioned like eating habits, eating patterns, working out, and that mental fixation.

You were talking about lots in the podcast and doing triathlons, always done running, all of these things and you had mentioned like I didn't think it was excessive, the drinking. It's very normalized, right?

Totally normalized, especially in fitness

and even, even it, not so much in super long distance

endurance, but just in half marathon and marathon running and 5k running there's all it's everywhere.

Yeah, yeah it so true. I know and once you we start to open our eyes to that right you? You see, oh my gosh, it's everywhere.

And I love, you said, wasn't being affected by it,
