I found this ghost town on a map. And so make a long story short. I had a series of conversations with people in real estate.

Got the landowner. And he listened to our, listen to our podcast. So that was big win. He wasn't convinced that this town was on his property.

But it is. And so we went out to Mary and I went out and found it. The problem was it had grown up so much. It was about knee high in weeds and grass.

It was early 1900s. So, and so, yeah, and it was a town. I saw a pit. He had a picture of the town. The way it looked in, I think, in the 19, 20, roughly 100 years.
