Welcome to Thinner Peace and Menopause and Beyond. This is Dr. Deb Butler, Master Life and Weight Coach. And as always, your coach. Today is episode number 67. And I'm going to read you a letter that I got from one of my listeners and I think

Hi, everybody. How are you today? It's a beautiful day in Belize. Of course, I won't go through

it. But I do want to say to you, because this is what my husband says, Michael, whenever

anybody says to him, how are you, Doc?

This is what he always says. I'm living the dream. And he's got all his students. He's teaching at this

medical school here in Belize. He's got all his students that are from all over the world saying, I'm living the dream. And it's in all

different accents. And it's just so cute to listen to. But he really thinks he's living the

dream. And I got to tell you, I think it too. Now, I want to tell you something really funny

before I proceed because I'm a little frustrated and I'll tell you why. I just got through

recording this whole podcast and I realized that I didn't press record. So I just did a 20-minute

podcast that didn't get recorded. So now I'm doing it again for the second time,

and I see that it's being recorded. So forgive me if I sound a little bit frustrated for a minute,

I'm relaxing now because I'm going to think something different. Like, it's obvious to me,

since it didn't get recorded it was not meant

for your ears and that this recording will be so much better. That's what I'm going to think instead.
