Democrats a lot of power in December when the debt ceiling fight will re-emerge. But what I noticed was not

happening was that there was not any kind of philosophical or

ideological problem with this federal government

providing disaster relief across regions.

So from the GOP to the Democrats, from Fox to CNN, and all the way up to President Trump,

everybody seems to agree that federal emergency relief is an indisputed arena for the federal government.
