1:29.6 | craving and they did it for like two hours and they didn't and they never sat in it and then their brain all of the |
1:36.6 | sudden was like oh this isn't going to kill me actually and then very |
1:40.8 | naturally very easily over the next I think they measured 40 days, |
1:45.0 | smoking decreased by some astronomical percent across the board. |
1:49.0 | And so what I would do is just try to allow yourself to surf the urge if you can, |
1:58.0 | and that might have been the thing that people are recommending. |
