Hey everyone, today's guest is Ty Taber, Lee guitarist and vocalist for the Springfield

Missouri rock band, Kings X. Ty like it down to business dissecting their fan favorite

jam Goldilocks taken from their

1988 debut album out of the silent planet. The track is one of my favorites from

the band who I refer to as lifers working-class musicians who have put together an impressive 12 full-length

albums over the course of their career along with an insane touring schedule.

And a common theme we've heard many times on the show,

Ty talks of how the song was written in about five minutes.

Their vocal harmonies are second to none,

and he sheds some cool light on how they got those vocals so tight on the tape

before computers and technology could fix your human imperfections.
