Summary

During labor, women are told to relax in between contractions. To take a rest in the space between them. I get deep on this idea and the book "The Untethered Soul" and break down the key to happiness. Maybe the key to happiness isn't in happiness at all? Also, the Beastie Boys, Allen Iverson and what we can learn from Revenge of the Nerds. A short list of some of my favorite things.
