0:27.1	Helaman one through six. Helaman is really kind of three parts. The first part of Helaman 1 through 6 introduces the secret

0:41.8	culture of the Nephites and Mormon's going to give a lot of commentary.
0:45.0	He'll give a lot of historical narrative and a lot of commentary to say,

0:57.4	The seventh through the 11th chapter of Helaman
