And today I've got a story for you and some responsibility

I need to shoulder. I need to tell you guys about a mistake I made

a few years back. In 2016 I was on a hunt.

This is about five years ago. Almost five years ago. And

I was on my way into town and I stopped off at a Walmart. This is the state of Idaho.

Stopped off at Walmart to get a

bank. An Elk tag and a bear tag. This is our tree season September 2016.

On my way into town I stopped off at the Walmart

and bought my Elk tag. I tried to buy a bear tag.

Now I knew I needed a $40 tag. I didn't realize what it was called.

Idaho has what they call a reduced bear tag in areas where the bear population is

super intense.

Very populated. They offer

to a non-resident to everyone a reduced bear tag which is a $40 tag

in certain areas for a non-resident. I think a

regular non-resident bear tag is over $200.

Like $230 to $50. I don't remember.

At the time I knew I needed the $40 tag. I just didn't know what it was called.

I kind of argued with the Walmart person and they said, look,

I don't know what you're talking about. All I see for you is a non-resident bear tag.

For over $200.
