Kansas is definitely on the edge of this conversation.

Here in Kansas, the state Supreme Court ruled that the right to abortion is protected under the state constitution.

The first vote in the nation after Roe was overturned will be here on August 2nd, asking that the Constitution be amended to allow the regulation of abortion.

They put it on the August primary ballot, hoping for a low turnout, nobody notices it, event.

Then Roe was overturned.
