Sparked a little outrage. And it was meant to honor and acknowledge the progress

yet to be made on Juneteenth.

They were celebrating it on Juneteenth last Saturday.

They were supposed to honor the perseverance of black Americans and acknowledge that progress.

Well, they sent an email to their employees that said,

look out for a special menu on Saturday.

It's going to include fried chicken, watermelon, mac and cheese, potato salad,

colored greens, candied yams. Now, I for one am a fan of every one of those.

Except for maybe the colored greens, but if they're there, I'll go ahead and eat them.
