about temperament because a lot of people have asked me to expand on what I mean when I'm talking about temperament and how kind of kids walk through the world.

And we're going to spend a lot of time talking about temperament on other episodes, but today I really want to focus on this particular way of being which is known as highly sensitive, but think of probably around in this research is very dynamic, let's say, so right now it's around 15 to 20 percent of children or people are thought to be

highly sensitive in that their nervous systems are more aware, reactive, those kids tend to feel those feelings bigger.

You know when you have a highly sensitive child, and if you don't know that you have a highly sensitive child and if you don't know that you have a highly sensitive child
