going late a little bit today because we have breaking news that's just now coming across the

wires the DOJ has withdrawn the charges against Michael Flynn.

Finally the charges have been withdrawn. So we're here. We got Joe auto in the studio Joe how you doing I'm doing well. Yeah, so it's lawsuit time but oh that's right they have immunity forgot about that. Well that they actually they actually don't this is where it gets really interesting

so it's not just the Flynn case that's being affected there's lots of other

cases in federal court now that are having the lead prosecutor all of a sudden being

withdrawn. This guy Brandon Van Grack, he is one of the DOJ's top prosecutors. He

used to work for Robert Mueller and he handles like

Foreign Agent Registration Act cases, which is the Farah Unit, which is if you want to

lobby for a foreign government, you have to register with the with the

U.S. government, he heads up those

prosecutions and not today, not only has he withdrawn from Flynn's case, which is what

prompted this, but we're seeing a bunch of other cases on the
