Carlock was really awesome. He would run up to a blowdown and turn and look at me. And if I didn't start going over the blowdown, he would come up behind me and nudge the back of my knee with his head gently to kind of keep me going.

one hundreds and it's through hiking with dogs and it's with Whitney all good LaRoufa and he is uh he did a

through hike of the Appalachian Trail took his dog and I know this is you know with so much going on

in the world I was like now show we post this but you know one thing we going on in the world I was like you know should we post

this but you know one thing we can agree on when when times are crazy is that our pets and to

me I'm partial to dogs you know if you're like cat person you know that's that's cool I love dogs

and uh you know it's like dogs make us happy. Dogs bring us together.

Dogs unite.

And, you know, I think a lot of people have dreams of doing adventures with dogs.

I tell you what, my dog's been aggravating the mess out of me lately.

And I took her backpacking a couple weeks ago.
