It never is. I suddenly thought, oh shit, we're actually going to have to record this.

And it came down like a sword from the sky. A sword of Damocles, hanging over you until you have to greet the do-batter's. What was it? Siving. What did you say then? Dooby-dooby-do-duby-doo-doo-by-doo-doo-do. I quite love that. I was reading something else and then I just freestiled a little bit.

It's my kind of scat equivalent.

How do you other podcasts introduce yourself?

This is a constant battle to know how people do.

I think they get someone else to introduce them, don't they? They get a generic American voice to go, and now, here they are.

Or if it's a British one, they'll go, you're now going to listen to

like a Radio 4 intro, don't they? I think even like my dad wrote a porno has like a very BBC style

introduction. And now on Radio 4 pornography. Yeah, I haven't listened to podcasts. And I've listened to

Richard Herring's podcast a lot, and he always introduces himself.

And then he gives a bit where he asks for money, and then he introduces his own podcast, introducing himself, introducing himself on the stage of recording the podcast.

There's quite a lot of introductions going on there.

But they're all him in some kind of voice and

he never pretends to be someone else but um but anyway hello i'm i'm david hellard one of the
