0:38.1	conversation this week. I got a fantastic letter from one of our listeners this week. Now, I didn't
0:43.3	ask permission to share her name, so I won't. But the letter basically said that she's a big
0:48.6	fan of the show. She really enjoys it. But we seem to have a lot of male guests and not enough female guests on the show.
0:57.8	I wrote her back and said, I could not agree more. We are trying to get more female guests on the show.
1:04.5	We want to have more women interviewed on the show. A couple things to explain. First of all, I am a
1:10.8	man. My circle of friends are
1:13.5	primarily male, and so it's much easier for me to reach out to, you know, other men that I know
1:19.7	and to ask them to come on to the show. I have had it in the past a couple times where I've
1:24.1	reached out to women and, and they don't know who I am. They didn't know
1:27.9	the show. And so, you know, I either get a no thank you or more often than not I get no response.
1:34.6	But part of why I'm sharing this is some of you have shared names of women who you know, who would
1:40.7	be great guests. If you know a woman that would be a great guest on the show,
