Today, I want to talk about the power that comes from aiming high. Now, maybe you've heard this quote that says aim for the moon. And if you miss, you'll still be among the stars. I love that freaking quote. Why? Because it's true. Successful people just instinctively know that aiming high is the key to their success.

When you dream big and aim high, you can achieve much greater things. And when you aim low, obviously. And think about this. Aiming takes very little effort. The direction you choose is rarely considered difficult. So when you're taking aim aim for a high value target aim for something you really want aim for something that's beyond your current thought of attaining what you aim for will have a huge impact on how you show up in the world.

When you aim for something and have a definite goal, the universe conspires to help you and give you the steps you need to accomplish that goal. And why settle for less when the simple act of aiming high can have such a massive impact on your life? Let me give you a quick and powerful life hack that'll take you further than you can imagine to simple exercise. It's very effective. Here's what I want you to do right now. Close your eyes and get a vision of your successful life 10 years from now. What is it that you want?

A successful business, a big house. Where do you want that house to be? Maybe on a beach or a lake, a golf course in Europe, even. Maybe you want a yacht, a 50 foot yacht, fast cars, financial independence, whatever it is, visualize that. Get that image that you're aiming for in your head. Now here's the hack. Take whatever you aim for and 10 exit. Change big house to giant mansion. Change 50 foot yacht to huge 250 foot yacht.

Fast car. How about a garage filled with a dozen of them, right? All right, you get the point. Also never negotiate against yourself. Never tell yourself that's too much or I should minimize my dreams. Your dreams are meant to be huge. That's how you grow. That's how they landed a rocket on the moon. That's how Jim Carrey became incredibly popular as a movie star in a comedian. He wrote himself a check for $10 million when he was broke, carried it around in his wallet. That's how FedEx was born. FedEx Smith, the founder, had a crazy idea

when he aimed higher. Higher than anyone else in that space. Elon Musk, another great example, said, I'm going to build a self-driving car. Now we have Tesla. The singer Madonna said, I have the same goal I've had ever since I was a girl. I want to rule the world. Now, those weren't just big ideas. Those were much more than that. They were targets that were set. Very, very high.

Each of these examples, they set a target so high that it became their guiding beacon, the North Star. They didn't negotiate with themselves to make it lower. They didn't settle for an easy target either. They set it super high and they worked towards achieving it.

So let me ask you a question. What are you aiming for? Are you playing at safe and aiming lower than you know you should? Have you talked yourself out of your big dreams and big ideas only to settle on something less or smaller? Or are you aiming high because you know that your dreams and big ideas are there to propel you and push you.

And help you create that burning desire you need. You know the answer. So aim high because it's less crowded up there. Aim high because it determines what you see. Aim high because you're known by your aim, not your arrows.
