Today we get started with well exciting news news that Demi Lovato broke today that she wanted

to share with us and I want to share with you here on chewing the fat.

Living in the fourth dimension means existing consciously in both child and space.

Right. For me it means having conversations that transcend the typical discourse.

Oh okay. I want to take this moment to share something very personal with you.

Over the past year and a half I've been doing some healing and self-reflective work.

And through this work I've had the revelation that I identify as non-binary.

Oh my gosh. With that said, I'll officially be changing my pronouns today then.

I feel that this message is for the fluidity I feel in my gender expression and allows me to

feel most authentic and true to the person I both know I am and still am discovering.

Yes well good.

Yes Demi thank you so much. I know that you're just promoting your new show

4D with Demi Lovato. You know the living in the special dimension that you live in.

But congratulations and I'm really happy that you shared with us that you are now going to

identify as non-binary and will officially be changing your you know your pronouns to they them.

And I knew when I heard you I knew that this would come after a lot of healing and self-reflective work.

And I knew that you're probably still learning and coming into yourself and that obviously you

don't claim to be an expert or a spokesperson but sharing this would then leave you open to

another level of vulnerability. And I bet that you're doing this for all of the people out there

that haven't been able to share who they are with their loved ones. Please please keep living in

your truth and know that I am sending so much love your way. And I mean that from my point of
