On Friday I listened to how and why an attic breaks boundaries.

30 minutes later my spouse informed me that he made a life decision and didn't consult me on it.

At first, I was just annoyed, but as time went on, my annoyance turned into anger and I found myself in trauma,

it took some time and pondering to recognize my feelings and then to realize that a boundary had been broken. I was able to recognize

that value. I was able to recognize that I value unity and teamwork in a marriage.

When he made a life decision and didn't include me, he broke my boundary of unity and teamwork.

There is no way without that episode that I would have been able to vocalize

what I value and explain that a boundary was broken.
