Suta. It is the Suta on the four foundations or the four abidings of

mindfulness. Talks have been based on quite an excellent book by a German monk,

So last week, we discussed the first of six contemplations

the Buddha taught with regard to the body and that was mindfulness of breathing.

He spoke of beginning this contemplation on breathing with the very simple awareness.

When breathing in, I know I'm breathing in.
