How you doing, Dusty? I'm doing great. We're doing a morning time podcast. We were going to do

another late night podcast, but late night, I mean 8.30, but I put Daisy to bed and I was, I fell asleep a couple of times trying to put her to bed and I was so

tired. I was like, I can't do it. So we thought, hey, Sam will nap in the morning and we'll put Daisy

in front of a little pep a pig and we'll knock out a podcast. It's a rainy day. She can't go outside

anyway. So let's do it.

And I feel good.

I'm back.

I've been absent.

We didn't do a podcast here last week.

I missed two weeks of Nate Land.

But I'm back.

I've not been that sick.

You would think of all the podcasts I've missed that I've been that sick.

But I got sick and mainly it felt like it was sinuses,

but, you know, I got on a Tuesday night,

me and Hannah were doing a sauna.

And I started to feel a little, like nasalening right and I was like I was like oh no

am I getting sick but I thought you know what I'm in the sauna maybe it's just loosening up some

stuff so went to bed I woke up on Wednesday and I felt really sick in my sinuses and I I was like, now I'll be fine tomorrow.
