I'm very excited today because we're doing something a little bit different but this was just

personally very important for me so a few months ago it's been a while at this point I emailed

I interviewed a friend of mine has love who is she's a hudu she's a scholar she's a writer she's

amazing she's also a friend and I was thinking that I was gonna have like youtube content where I was

gonna do interviews and then I would also have the podcast where I did other interviews and so the

first person that I wanted to be a part of like the judu tube interviews was was has but I kind of

have bridged them together and now they're not separate separate interviews I'm not doing separate

content too much so I want to re-release Hess's interview because it was never on the podcast it was

just for the youtube platform and I'm just like Matt Hess needs to be on the pod and everyone's

just gonna be on the same things because it's easier so yes I this this episode is just a re-release

of Hess's original episode so you may have watched it on youtube but if not it is now being held
