I'm on the American daffodil Society webpage, and I'm learning about the different kinds of daffodils, which is not where I'd expected to start my day.

Well, I was listening to a podcast that I enjoy, and they were talking about daffodils and interesting facts about daffodils. And at one point, they were talking about how, and now listen, I don't, do we agree we generally want to avoid eugenics as a topic? Oh, yeah, yeah, I think we stay away from that. I mean, we could do it tastefully. Okay, let's do. Yeah. I'm willing to do it. I'm happy to. There's no risk. No, but I was just curious because they said, you know, you got genus, you got species. You know that under species, then that's where you get what's called variety. So you could have varieties. And I think this might be like strains in marijuana or grapes and wine.

They're not a different animal, you understand, because they're not animals.

Yes, yes, I see.

But isn't that kind of interesting?

And I found myself thinking not from a eugenic standpoint, but I was wondering, are there

varieties in mammals?

But then I dug a little deeper and I discovered there's yet a dump-bomb-bum. There's another one under variety. Are you ready for this? Go on. I don't know what all the ones are, bud. You got what kingdom, phylum? You get genus, species, variety. Have you ever heard of a cultivar? A cultivar? Yeah, well, we have them. Tell me what you know about cultivars.

Well, cultivars are a big part of the whole experience.
