Hey everybody, Joe Simons, like diamonds back again here with the podcast.

We just finished up a two-day off-site leadership meeting. We do it every

year. We talk about where we've been, meaning like what has worked, what hasn't worked,

what we're doing now, what's working now, what's not working now. And then we spend a lot of

the time, the majority of the time, talking about the future, right?

What are we going to do in 2025?

And we built out all the way to a 2030 vision, which we'll be sharing on a completely different podcast because there's a lot to unpack there.

But yes, we actually have a written down very clear and really exciting, 2030 vision.

A lot of you know that 2025 is the year that we declared many years ago, almost seven years ago,

that we were going to have a thousand acre fishing theme park.

And I can tell you that we're getting one step closer in the right direction for that to happen at some point next year.

A lot of really, really exciting things happening.

But let's talk about this podcast.

The reason you probably clicked on it and wanted to listen to this one, yes, it really is possible to get worse by just spending more time on the water.
