And a lot of this is somewhat intuitive but sometimes it's not.

And you know, your fitness, your health, your wellness, your mental ability, if you're going solo,

I got a lot of emails this year from people saying, I quit early and I went home and I'm so mad at myself now.

So finding strategies for recognizing those realities is an important discussion to have.

And then ways to combat those realities or to head those off is really important.
