But first, what are you reading, Bria? I am about three-fourths of the way

through this book that I love called Like Brothers by Mark and J. Duplas. So it's a

memoir type slash advice for filmmaker book slash some jokes all in one.

The Duplus brothers I don't know I'm sure most people are familiar with their work,

but they got their start, well in this book they got their start much earlier, but the people,

they kind of like came on the scene with this movie called Puffy Chair, the Puffy Chair that went to Sundance.

And it was an indie that people just died for.

And so their advice is like, it's very straightforward and sort of like what they did with their careers because now they have like TV shows and they produce shows on like documentaries on Netflix and they do all this stuff and it's it's about their relationship but also advice for filmmakers I was

to say young filmmakers but really any filmmakers the best advice they give is

that they tell all young all filmmakers the cavalry isn't coming it's which I think is a really good thing to say like that no one's gonna just be like you you you should have all of the money and the success like that you have to go and make your own you are the

cavalry I can tell that you are going to be it successful and even when people you

know you have a movie that goes to Sundance and blows everyone to make way they

made that movie for like ten10,000. Still they still

had to go make their own stuff after that. They still like people were like oh go on
