Hello everybody, welcome to episode number 60. I think this is number 60. Sometimes I have given the wrong episode number.

I'm not a detail person. I do not have perfectionism. I have messism, which mostly helps me get a lot of things done.

But sometimes it's obvious when I make big mistakes. But anyway, this is episode number 60. I double-checked.

And today we're talking about your marriage. Today I want to teach you some tools for thinking about

and improving your marriage. These tools are tools that I'm going to teach in much more detail on a much higher level

in the up level your marriage coaching class that is coming soon. So the things you're going to hear today

will give you a good head start. And I hope that if you really implement them, you can take things to the next level.

But if you really want even more help, come to the class. Because I will not have time to go into as much detail as I really want to give you here today.

Now the class begins on October 19th and it is going to be four sessions. It will run for four weeks. So every Wednesday for one hour, you would be able to join this class.

What will happen is we will meet virtually using Zoom, which is an online free webcam platform basically.

And during that hour, it will be a combination of me teaching you these tools on a more advanced level.

And then some coaching. So of course, the great news is you can be anywhere in the world and join this class.

Literally, even my mom and dad who are in Africa right now in Kenya could join this class. And in fact, I think it would be really cool if my mom and dad came and let me let me talk to them about their marriage.

Because how awkward would that be for me? Actually, I've done it before and I'll do it again. Come on, mom and dad, you should join us.

Anyway, you can be anywhere in the world. You can join us. And so partly, I'm going to be teaching. And then we're going to apply the tools to real life scenarios to your real life scenarios to be more specific.

So I am going to ask participants in the class who want to be coached to speak up. And I will be coaching you right there. So if you want some coaching, this is a great, really inexpensive way to get coached.

On the other hand, if you would prefer to be a silent observer, you can just come and be a silent observer.

Maybe your husband is not feeling up for getting counseling about your marriage. But maybe he is comfortable coming to a class and learning and being a silent observer. That's completely an option.

If you feel that there is a big problem in your marriage, this can be a great place to get started and you will be able to make huge progress by applying the tools. And like I said, getting some individual coaching and help from me.

If your spouse doesn't really want to join you, that's okay. I have worked with many clients on their marriage who I'm not working with their spouse.

I'm only working with them and they have made tremendous shifts in their marriage. If your spouse does want to come though, then he or she gets a free ticket.
