hi Tim hi everyone still on the greasy coffee diet yes thank you Tim nothing's

changed new year but no new resolutions work working for you still yes and this

week I started um what will I start I started high intensity training but running

instead of cycling.

Oh cool. Where in the park or in a gym or what?

Very, very early in the morning. So it's very, very pitch black and no one can see me.

Why are you worried about people seeing you run? It's a very natural thing to do.

I do look a bit of a sight when I run. My friends, when I used to play football, called me the traction engine because of my... I went out with a girl once who said that she used to get embarrassed running and

that she wouldn't go for a run because she'd have embarrassed people looking at. How can you

be embarrassed running? It's just a really natural thing. I suppose I'm embarrassed dancing in front

of people. Well, I'm not embarrassed. I'm not embarrassed. It's just, I think it's better for other people. They don't see me. Why? I just got to do with them.

Anyway, I'm trying a new diet.

I've only started.

I've been on it for a few days.

Well, nearly five days now.

It's the carnivore diet.

Right.
