Summary
Do you ever get confused about whether or not you're actually hungry? You're not alone! A lot of people tell me they're hungry before they binge, and sometimes that's probably true, but a lot of the time, I'd challenge that. Most likely, it's not true hunger.
In this episode, I'm teaching the different reasons why you might be unsure about your hunger and how to figure out what is real hunger. It's time reconnect with your hunger so you can trust yourself and not be so worried about when to eat.
