serious that concern may be. But first things first, we begin with breaking news from the tech

world. Elon Musk is pulling out from buying Twitter, that is. And this could set the stage for

one of the strangest corporate legal battles in recent memory.

A company that never wanted to be bought is planning to sue the richest man in the world and make him buy them.

Elon must announce Friday that he was ditching the Twitter deal, but the company says, not so fast.

We still got a deal

and you're going to go through with it. So, Ravi, is it even possible to force this deal to happen

or what do you see as the possible outcomes here? Well, I think the issue here is Elon Musk made

an offer to buy Twitter. And in the contract, there are a couple interesting things. One is there's a

$1 billion penalty if Musk, if certain conditions aren't met, including if Musk couldn't line up
