Synchronicity. Today's guest is David Silver from Mindrolling

podcast and also one of the co-founders of MindPod Network, as am I. So there you go. So we're

doing a little cross-pollination here. David also happens to be one of my best friends. I think he's

like one of my newest best friends too.

Because you don't get best, you mean, you can be friends with a lot of people, clearly.

But, you know, best friends, someone who you, I will say this.

This is the mark of a best friend to me.

If you can talk on the telephone for more than an hour, then that's someone who is your best friend. It doesn't matter who it is,

unless it's customer service people, then they're your sworn enemies. But, you know,

people you actually know, that's the true mark of the best friend. And David is of a very

select group, small, small group of people I can do that with because generally I hate the

telephone. I don't like holding up to my ear, so usually I'm on speaker phone,

and I just, I don't like, I don't like a telephone. Bothers me. Texting slightly better,

but also getting into not so great zone. Whatever the next thing is, we'll see if that's good.

But yeah, David is awesome. I say everyone's awesome. I think my wife pointed out to me,

smart, kind, compassionate, cool, and also has tell some of the best stories. Also literally

knows everyone.
