Okay, so today we are going to be talking about the six week series that we have coming up

We sat down and kind of did some self reflecting on our lives and we just realized

how crazy we've all been so crazy busy with our clothing line balance athletics for the past

I don't know six months maybe even more that we the first thing that we realized that fell to the wayside is our self-care, so personal care,

mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, all of that.

We know how to live our best lives and we know how to be our best selves, but we felt like
