Well, I don't know what this is a day six up around here.

Seven? Seven? Something like that.

We decided we'd do a quick little podcast on the mountain here and give you the

update for those that are watching on YouTube. You're only going to get about

five minutes of video. You can see where we're at but then it's going to go

straight audio because we're trying to conserve as much battery as possible

for filming this hunt. And we're pretty remote. Takes us about two days, day and

a half to get back here. But we're gonna just give you an update on the hunt and

how it's going or learning and what it's been like. So I'll just kind of dive

into it. I'm here with Brad Hunt and it's kind of a newer area. We're both

talking about how much we like hunting open country. Like the spot and stock

came we're both pretty sneaky and we like this. And sure enough as we got

back here in this open country nobody's coming here. I mean so steep and I'd

say it took us a couple of days to to figure out where the elk are holding up

which canons are granted. They're kind of been everywhere. It's been a great

hunt but Brad um so far on the hunt what would you say is your highlight of

the hunt the best part so far. Well it had to be getting 40 yards from that

that bull. Now I like there's part of me that you know just the adventure

getting in here and stuff and seeing all this country and seeing the elk but

getting that 40 yards and that bull kind of the first stock of the year you

don't. And there's a small part of me that is like yeah you should have taken

that bull but after what you like my goal this year is to to kill either an old
