Hey, dude, badders. Just finished recording with Pablo and loved the interview. It's not

often we get the opportunity to really speak to someone who's spanned so many years, so many decades

of running. And actually, I hadn't realized when I knew Pablo had won Sierra's an hour four times

before,

you know, proper legend in the sport.

But it was only one I was doing some more research in Googling that I found out he was

72, which blew my mind because in my head it was kind of,

Briggs was asking me earlier, how old he was?

And I was, I'll probably make 60s or so.

So it's, it's, you'll love this

interview because we talk about what it was like running in the 60s and the 70s and and going

to races like Sierra's now or how mountain running trail running was at the time and how it's changed

of the years. And it's changed through the years.

And it's quite rare, I think, to get that glimpse with someone who has trained with Olympic marathon goals,

you know, met Phil Knight from Nike,

and was there in the early days.
