Let me give you a little bit, a little bit of my morning routine today.

Got up early. No shower. Didn't feel like showering.

91 degrees Fahrenheit outside. 33 degrees Celsius, 60% humidity.

F that, man. I'm going to the track. I'm going to the track. Saigon, Vietnam.

It's a college or a high school track up the street. And I'll usually go there once a week.

I go by myself, usually. I used to train with a female trainer a few years back. We would race

She was damn fast, but I could usually beat her, even though I had 20 years on her.

But I go to the track to run sprints.

So it's about a mile or so walk there.

I try to walk as fast as I possibly can just to kind of limber up, loosen up. It's

early in the morning after all. But it's up to the track for about, I'd say, 7 to 10, 75 to 85 meter

sprints. Maybe the first one I'd go at about 75%. But then I literally try to go at top speed. As fast as I

can move my ass, I want to go down that track. Now some of you might be thinking, Michael, this could be
