Welcome back to another episode of Reality Life with KKC.

In this episode, I'm going to be covering the Idaho murder cases.

This is an episode all about true crime, so if you are sensitive to matters involving

crime, I wanted to give you the heads up.

I also wanted to remind you about two episodes that I've done over the course of my podcast

that I am very proud of, and I think that if you're someone that follows true crime cases

would really love to listen to.

Episode 150 is with Kathy Kleiner, perhaps my most memorable guest.

In the early hours of January 15, 1978, serial killer Ted Bundy entered Florida State University's

Kyle Megasorarty house through a rear door.

Beginning at 2.45 a.m., he entered the rooms of Margaret Bowman and Lisa Lovey who did

not survive the attacks.

In an adjoining bedroom, he attacked Kathy Kleiner, breaking her jaw and deeply lacerating

her shoulder, and her roommate Karen Chandler who suffered a concussion, broken jaw, loss

of teeth and a crushed finger.

Kathy, who later testified in his trial, described seeing only a silhouette of a man wielding

a club.

Tallahassee detectives later determined that the four attacks took place in a total of

less than 15 minutes and within earshot of more than 30 witnesses who heard nothing.

Kathy discusses her experience that night, what happened in the months and years after,

and what she feels about subsequent media coverage about Ted Bundy.
