It has been a rough few weeks, hasn't it? Yeah, we've been going through a lot. I mean, I know we're a

comedy show, but we also deal in facts and deal in what's going on.

We live in the world.

We do live in the world.

And there's a lot of drama going on in the world right now.

Yeah.

Some of that drama actually came very close to home, literally, because the first protests in

L.A. for the Black Lives Matter movement to try to get justice for George Floyd, happened literally a couple blocks for me.

First, I actually went to one of those demonstrations and was doing the march.

And then when things started to get violent and crazy, it was literally on my street corner.

So I was seeing probably 50 cop cars going with full sirens and right down my street and rubber bullets being

shot while I was out on the corner. I know this movement is not about me, but it certainly is

something that affects me as it affects everybody. So we certainly want to acknowledge what's going on.

Helen, what's been your experience like this week? I am really encouraged by how many people

are taking action in regards to the Black Lives
