0:57.9 | And so not only have we made an impossible goal that we're never going to know if we win, |
1:02.0 | we've also made a goal that doesn't feel good to us. |
1:05.4 | And of course, now we know for sure that the way to sustain behavior change is by feeling |
1:10.3 | positive toward the behavior change. |
1:13.1 | So we're already on the back foot. |
1:15.6 | And then we come into it and we break the promise to ourselves and then we're ammished |
1:20.8 | and shame and blame and everything in us just wants to escape that. |
