0:52.6	on the transgender, the so-called transgender swimmer named Leah Thomas. At the University of
0:59.1	Pennsylvania we have talked about him several times. This is a man who is now identifying swimming
1:05.0	as a woman and because I don't believe that biology is bigotry I will use the correct pronouns.
1:10.1	That's not me trying to be purposely inflammatory or offensive. I certainly don't want to be that
1:15.8	but because I don't want to lie I also will not call Leah Thomas she because he is a man.
1:25.0	And we are going to look at some of the consequences of his
1:29.1	maleness competing against women and how this really is a travesty for women and girls sports.
1:36.6	Now before we get into that I do want to note a couple things. One Supreme Court Justice
1:41.8	Clarence Thomas currently the best justice on the bench by far. He is in the hospital sick with
1:49.3	an infection. Apparently his symptoms are abating. He is being treated with antibiotics but we
1:56.8	should certainly be praying for him. Praying for his quick and full recovery. Obviously these are
2:02.8	lifetime appointments and so the justices when they are getting up there. There are all of these
