Summary

One establishment historian argues that Jefferson was an  "anti-originalist". His evidence? Jefferson suggested that the  Constitution needed to expire every 19 years. This doesn't make him an  anti-originalist. In fact, I'm not sure if this dope knows what  "originalism" means.
