So, um, I know I'm not recording in the studio, but I will tell you why right now.

So, I, if you've been watching any of my social media, if you've been watching my TikToks,

if you've been seeing my Instagram stories, I am having a little bit of a crisis, they might say.

I am losing my fucking mind, and it's okay.

Um, you know, sometimes it's okay to lose your mind.

I think every time I lose my mind, and I go through one of these like episodes where

I'm literally having like an existential, I don't even know how to say that word.

So, I'm going to pretend I didn't say it, existential.

Now, it reminds me of um, senior year English class.

I'm having an existential crisis.

Every time I go through one of these, I feel like I come out on the other end.

Hopefully I come out on the other end this time, but I feel like every time I come out as a better person,

not necessarily like, oh, now I like, you know, donate and volunteer, that kind of better person.
