Yeah, listen. So listen up. How are you? Good. What a week? What a life. What a day. What a day to be listening to a brand new podcast.

I know I get excited when I see a new podcast and the old podcast library when that little notification comes up and I'm like, yes, get to be back with my friends for an hour or so.

A little reprieve from the thoughts, a little vacation for me and that's all I'm looking for gentlemen and ladies and anyone that doesn't identify as either.

I'm just looking for a vacation from me. What's new? Little annoyed little pissed and I'll tell you why and I don't know if I'm becoming an old man or a square or just a fucking stick in the mud but I think using the phrase stick in the mud confirms that I am an old man and a square but listen if I come into your establishment don't fucking what's up me.

I got a big issue with this. I don't like this. You know, people too comfortable. Like listen, I realize in the service industry there's you know it's usually a lower barrier of entry and that doesn't make it any less honorable. In fact, it perhaps makes it more honorable that it's just people who are willing to work hard doing a really challenging job for you know not a huge amount of money because this is you know this is our world.

You got to work and you got to make a living but listen if I come in to get a coffee once this I was at a pizza place and this kid literally looked at me he worked behind the counter must have been in his early 20s and he was like with sup and I I was like are we going to fight.

Are we having a our is this going to come to blows because I just came in here to buy a delicious pizza pie and you're fucking supping me don't sup me bro.

Because I'll sup you right now sup you right in your fucking face piece of shit. God I go deep and dark quick but I just don't I don't like sup I don't like what's up man.

I'm going to hand you money for a service right now and listen again like I understand like if you're fucking you know kid who's either in community college or not just trying to like make a little bit more.

Like make a little bit of extra scratch so you can like have money to go out to the club on the weekend I get that I don't expect you to be like you know extremely polished but just like a hey how are you what can I get you.

Or hi what would you like got your high on anything hey great day out how about a coffee because you're in my coffee establishment any of those will do.

Excuse me sir you look like you are in the mood for a delicious pizza pie can I suggest the topping that I would enjoy but I don't know man it's like I just don't it feels very.

Confirmation and disrespect what I don't like it I don't know what's wrong with me but I like it maybe I'm a douche but I you know to me the ultimate in service is at a fine steakhouse when they come out in that white coat.

And they you know good evening ma'am good evening sir what can I get you what can I suggest right away no problem was this steak not right fuck me god this is all my fault allow me to remedy this rapidly that's what I like and granted listen you know you pay for that you pay for that level of service I get that but it's so hard I mean I just feel like if I worked at any of these establishments and I would be.
