Um, yeah, no, so but off the booze for like 10 days now doing the dry January.

But, uh, yeah, that's it. That's what I've been doing.

That's my New Year's resolution is to just stop drinking for a whole one month.

If you can believe that, which is pretty wild.

I don't know, I just feel like a New Year's resolutions at all.

I don't know, I just feel like a New Year's resolution just takes fun out of things. Because everything because it's always stuff like oh I'll go to the gym like lies I'm lying to myself I'm not gonna do it like yeah there's the whole thing of like why are you waiting till January why not just start now but at the same time I think it's good to have a goal in a day and if you can stick to it.

It's all the discipline. I mean essentially the reason why I'm not wanting to drink for January is not because I think I drink too much or anything.

It's more about... Can you do it? too much or anything it's more about

can you do it's yeah for me it's about power okay yeah

domination but try to dominate myself essentially it away you know physically

dominate myself there's one of ways to do it.

So by the way for the folks at home this will be the first episode we were recording in

2024 for the folks at home it won't seem like it because I'll have heard our other

episodes that we recorded before Christmas but we haven't seen each other in like I don't

a boring quiet literally no stories to tell you an interesting Christmas because you were very sick.

Yeah this Christmas our family decided to give each other the gift of sickness.

It was definitely up and down. We were all sick so we didn't really do much.
