myself today because I'm having a conversation with Helen Chamberlain.

Used to be my TV wife.

Eleven years I did Sochrome, starting in 1996, ending up in 2007.

I enjoyed every moment and then I had quite a interesting relationship. We were very close. I enjoyed every moment.

Alan and I had quite a interesting relationship.

We were very close.

We used to argue like brother and sister a lot and it was quite amusing.

So we discuss all that in today's podcast.

It's quite a long conversation, isn't it?

We just get started and it's going to, it's a strange podcast because it's like you're sitting in a cafe listening to two people bang on over a cup of coffee is that how you describe it

about old times yes certainly um i i personally think maybe do it in two parts it is quite long yeah

because what we do is we try and go through what the football industry was like when I started Socoram and joined the show and Helen was there 20 odd years ago and then kind of moving through what happened through those 11 years to the football industry.

So it's quite an interesting.

It's absolutely brilliant.

It's a meandrum.

We talk a lot about soccer,

and all the stuff we did there.
